We were appointed to manage the Management Conference in July 2010.

By August 2010 the venue was selected, the key messages shared and objectives for the event shared at planning meetings with the core team at Aggreko and presentations made at Board level. Processes were agreed for registration, travel management, collaterals, agenda and content management, live event production including advance filming, opener video and site branding, awards dinner and teambuilding objectives.
